Ollie oversees the entire investment process, from initial opportunity through to long-term portfolio performance. He works closely with the acquisitions team, providing final approval on every deal before it's presented to clients. His boots-on-the-ground experience across acquisitions, refurbishments, and portfolio management means he knows what separates a solid investment from one that underperforms.

Client-facing, Ollie structures property finance and investment strategy, ensuring deals align with individual circumstances and goals. His meticulous attention to detail and hands-on experience across every aspect of the business means clients benefit from someone who's seen it all firsthand.

His leadership ensures complex projects become seamless processes, and WPG consistently delivers homes that meet high standards and maximize returns.

Chloe Whittaker

Sales Progression Specialist

Chloe's journey with property started a decade ago at the North East's largest estate agent, where she spent five years mastering the local market inside and out. Her expertise in navigating local market nuances was instrumental in our early growth.

Since becoming a mother, Chloe has been able to step back from full-time operations and focus purely on sales progression, working fewer hours while applying her decade of experience to the critical task of getting deals over the line.

Leon Kyle

Acquisitions Executive

Leon is responsible for sourcing properties that meet our strict investment criteria. With over 300 properties sourced to date, he's refined the process that protects our clients from costly mistakes. Leon manages our direct-to-vendor brand to uncover off-market opportunities, monitors open market listings on Rightmove, and works closely with estate agents across the North East to access properties early – often before they're widely advertised. This multi-channel approach ensures clients see the best opportunities regardless of where they appear.

Leon's role involves analysing opportunities, conducting viewings, and assessing whether properties genuinely align with our investment criteria. His experience means properties are rigorously evaluated before they're presented to clients, filtering out poor investments and reducing risk.

Sam Wadey

Marketing Executive

Sam rejoined WPG in 2024, returning to a much more involved role after helping build the foundations of our direct-to-vendor operation back in 2021. Unlike typical marketing roles, Sam doesn't spend most of his time attracting new clients for WPG. He manages an extensive range of marketing activities for our direct-to-vendor operation to find off-market opportunities for our clients.

Sam has owned property himself and sold to a direct-to-vendor operation in the past giving him an understanding of vendor psychology from experience, not just theory.

He leverages this experience to run targeted ad campaigns, manage social media strategies, and craft messaging that reaches property owners before they list on the open market. Giving our clients access to off-market deals that would require significant time, budget, and expertise to source independently.
