General Manager

Chloe is the beating heart of Emergence Property’s operations. With over 5 years of experience working with the North East’s largest estate and letting agencies, Chloe brings unrivalled knowledge of the local property market. Her role ensures everything runs smoothly day-to-day, from managing client relationships to coordinating viewings, projects, and sales.

She’s also the driving force behind our in-house direct-to-vendor agency, ensuring each property acquisition is seamless. Chloe personally inspects every potential investment, working alongside Tom to create a robust three-step quality control process.

Acquisitions Executive

Leon’s journey with Emergence Property is a testament to his hard work and diligence. Starting as an apprentice, Leon is now our go-to expert for sourcing properties that deliver exceptional value. Spending his days scouring the market, conducting viewings, and assessing opportunities, Leon is the engine driving the sourcing process.

Leon’s superpower is relationships. His personable nature and ability to build rapport with agents, vendors, and tradespeople ensure we uncover the very best opportunities across the North East. With over 300 properties sourced to date, Leon has a proven track record in identifying deals that others miss and spotting problem properties before they become costly mistakes.
